A human-centered role needs a human-centered approach
5 years ago, while on a plane, I had this vision: Sales is not an end destination in one’s career – it’s a stepping stone to full autonomy.
I vowed to myself that I wasn’t going to work for someone else forever.
In order to do that, I needed to shorten my path to independence. That meant honing my craft so that I could sell larger deals faster. Then, I could use commissions from those deals to invest in my future self.
It also allowed me to create a trusted place where other sellers could do the same – my ultimate dream.
On March 7, 2022, I took the first major step towards that vision by leaving corporate selling for good and launching 7 Steps to 7 Figures. In it, I document the exact system I used to go from earning $200K to over $1M/year in SaaS sales without burning out.
But that was only the first step…
I knew in order for sellers to implement the system effectively, there needed to be a space where other sellers could learn, share, and grow using tools and open resources that help every member improve.
This manifested itself into Make More Hustle Less Club, where we now have over 400 members!
The most powerful tool I make available to every member is something called Thrive Space.
It’s the (simple) technology I use to maintain my personal operating system.
